FAMILY HISTORY

"Sixty-five years ago, Lake Toc-O-Leen's name was originated by O'Connor Davis, who called my grandpa and grandma Toc and Leen. Grandpa's name was Clark O. Batson and grandma's name was Walline Batson. My dad, Carlos Rabby, built the lake in 1957. The land had been bought years earlier for $7 an acre by my grandpa, Billy Batson. Lake Toc-O-Leen honors Clark, Leen, Billy Batson, Marge and Carlos whose love and foresight made possible our lake, cabins, campground and restaurant."
